limitations
- there's no video exporting, so for now you have to record your screen
- .mid has to be converted into .json
- only .ogg audio is supported right now
- glow may look weird and flickery at some window sizes
things I would like to add
- mac & linux support
- video exporting!!!
- pitch bend visualization
- .mid, .mp3, .wav support
- more cool effects!!!
things to note
- tons of notes may slow things down
- using the sustain pedal may desync the song from the notes
- your pc needs DirectX version 11+

Is there a way to load up or edit shaders too, e.g. shadertoy import possible in a near future? some kind of Lfo to trigger/increase parameter values of the shader effects?
saving the colorschemes or the setup would be great
this would be interesting, I'll think about how I could do custom shaders.
also yeah, connecting the beat/notes to knobs are something else that I want to do eventually, but that will take longer.
